Tanya PorterTanya Porter is the creator Rhythmic Re-framing, a mindfulness drumming modality bridging her 30 years of drumming experience with her classical yoga and meditation practices. She is also the founder and Living Arts Director of The Inner Space; teaching drumming, meditation, and classical yoga to both adults and youth. Tanya is a certified instructor from the The International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre with a designation of CYA-RYT 500 and specializes in over 25 years of creative wellness programming for all ages. Her workshops and teambuilding programs are available for private, corporate, and educational settings.

Njacko BackoNjacko Backo is a musician and educator. He has released a total of 10 albums, seven with the group Kalimba Kalimba, and performed internationally at the places such as the Montreal Jazz Festival, the Louisiana Folk Festival, among countless other events. He has also composed music for films including To Walk with Lions, Born Free, and Spirit in the Tree. As an educator, he teaches music to young people through Mariposa in the Schools. He has led drum circles with people of all ages.

Gary DigginsGary Diggins has worked as a counsellor and expressive arts therapist in private practice for over 30 years. Five years ago he moved from Toronto to Guelph where Gary helped establish an artistic centre called Silence, which houses his collection of instruments from around the world. Gary is author of Tuning The Eardrums - Listening as a Mindful Practice. He teaches in the Expressive Arts Department of Fleming College and has brought his ‘music as medicine’ approach to Africa, Israel, Europe, South Korea, and throughout North America.
